Ураган уже успел перевернуть внедорожник, но обошлось без жертв. Дорожные службы работают на пределе, но пока выезд на трассу опасен для жизни.

По прогнозам, непогода сохранится до 18 февраля. Жителям региона рекомендуют не покидать дома без крайней необходимости.
