Всеволод Немоляев родился в Москве в 1937 году. В 1956 году окончил Московское хореографическое училище, где учился у солиста Большого театра Николая Тарасова. В 1956–77 годах был артистом балетной труппы Большого театра, с 1972 года – солистом. С 1977 года был режиссером балета. В Большом театре участвовал, в частности, в таких известных спектаклях, как «Щелкунчик», «Спартак» и «Золотой век».
