The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
