Определены подрядчики строительства жилья по реновации в рамках девяти проектов КРТ

МФР как городской оператор проектов КРТ контролирует все этапы и сроки работ, а также гарантирует соблюдение стандартов программы реновации.

«Строительство по программе реновации в рамках девяти проектов КРТ охватит четыре округа столицы. Запланирована реорганизация неэффективно используемых земельных участков и бывших промзон общей площадью 41,8 га. Здесь появится 17 новостроек, площадь квартир в них составит более 400 тыс. кв. метров. В новые дома смогут переехать свыше 14 тыс. горожан», – сказал Владислав Овчинский.

По его словам, наряду с жильем здесь возведут объекты образования, спортивные комплексы, дороги и административное здание. Все это позволит создать качественную городскую среду.
