Парень прикладывал к стене трафарет и пшикал на него из баллончика с краской, а девушка стояла на стреме. В конце декабря тот же самый парень уже попадал на камеру видеонаблюдения дома №86 по Новомытищинскому проспекту, корпуса 4 и 5 (vk.com/wall-194037936_102787). Видимо, регулярно этим промышляет.

An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
