В Ольховатской районной больнице прокурорской проверкой выявлены нарушения закона о контрактной системе в сфере закупок для муниципальных нужд.
⚖️ Установлены факты несоблюдения трудовых прав работников, санитарно-эпидемиологических правил и требований пожарной безопасности. Вскрыты недостатки при оснащении врачебных амбулаторий и фельдшерско-акушерских пунктов.
❗️ Главному врачу прокуратура внесла представление об устранении нарушений закона и предъявила исковое заявление в суд. Кроме того, по итогам проверки 8 должностных лиц привлечены к дисциплинарной ответственности, 12 – к административной ответственности.
