👨⚖ Октябрьским районным судом города Мурманска провозглашён приговор в отношении подсудимого Александра Волкова, обвиняемого в использовании своих служебных полномочий вопреки интересам службы.
По версии обвинения, за период с апреля 2019 года по февраль 2021 года подсудимый, занимавший в тот период должность директора, присваивал часть денежных средств, которые должны были выплачиваться сотрудникам. Ущерб потерпевшим составил порядка 206 тысяч рублей.
Подсудимый согласился с предъявленным ему обвинением в полном объеме. Суд признал подсудимого виновным в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 285 УК РФ, и назначил ему наказание в виде штрафа в размере 50 000 рублей.
Приговор суда не вступил в законную силу и может быть обжалован.
