Именно в этом доме в январе 2024 года случилась страшная трагедия с несколькими погибшими, которые отравились угарным газом.
В субботу, в ходе ремонтных работ в квартире №2 иностранные специалисты перепутали трубы и подключили шланг с водой к газовой трубе. Постепенно газовая труба заполнилась водой, которая за ночь замерзла.
В воскресенье, после сигнала жильцов в аварийную службу об отсутствии газа, сотрудники Мособлгаза установили наличие воды в газовой трубе, отключили дом от подачи газа и уехали.
В настоящее время в доме уже вторые сутки отсутствует газ и соответсвенно горячая вода при этом аварийные работы не ведутся.
Жители просят представителей компетентных органов обратить внимание на проблему.
