Из одной половины я сделала суфле. А второй- посвящаю этот пост.
Итак, делаем самую классику. Которая будет универсальной добавочкой к любому гарниру.
Курочка в сметанном соусе 200 гр филе Лук 1/4 (у меня остался только ялтинский🙈) Чесночок 2 зубчика Сметана 3 ст л (у меня рузское 15%) 1 ст л рисовой муки Томатная паста (можно без нее) Вода 150 мл Соль, специи (сладкая паприка у меня)
Готовим👩🏼🍳 ❤️Пассеровать мелко-нарезанные лук с чесночком на ГХИ (я подтушиваю на водичке+ГХИ) ❤️Добавить мелко-порубленное филе, перемешать лопаткой, пока не побелеет мясо ❤️Сметану смешать с мукой (томатная паста, если есть) и отправить в сковороду, добавить горячую воду, перемешать +соль, специи ❤️Тушить под закрытой крышкой 15-20 минут на медленном огне
Перекладываем в контейнер 😁 и потом добавляем к любому гарниру ❣️
