Такое решение принял единственный акционер АО – холдинг IDF Eurasia граждан Израиля Бориса Батина и Александра Дунаева. Solva входит в топ-5 казахстанских МФО. В 2021 году компания объявила о намерении получить банковскую лицензию, а в 2022 году провела необходимые правовые и организационные изменения.
Ожидается, что статус банка МФО получит летом 2023 года. @nb_kz
