Госдума одобрила в первом чтении законопроект о введении периода охлаждения по потребительским кредитам и займам. Инициатива разработана для защиты граждан от финансовых мошенников.
Кредитные и микрофинансовые организации обяжут выдавать потребкредиты и займы с отсрочкой 4 часа для сумм от 50 тыс. до 200 тыс. руб., 48 часов — для сумм более 200 тыс. руб.
Также банки и МФО обяжут проводить дополнительные проверки на предмет мошенничества при проведении операций и трансакций. Помимо этого МФО получат доступ к базе данных Центробанка (ЦБ) о случаях и попытках денежных переводов без согласия клиента.
