И если уж следовать букве закона, то за участие в подобных организациях, наступает поражение в пассивном избирательном праве, для руководителей, членов или тех, кто финансировал экстремистские или террористические организации, признанные таковыми по решению суда. Но очевидно закон не для всех! И товарищ Матасов не был лишён пассивного избирательного права, согласно букве закона. А всё из-за того, как поговаривают, что предвыборную кампанию «Коммунистов России» вёл и курировал лично, председатель исполкома «ЕР» в крае Денис Голобородько. И уж он то сумел, не заметить проблемные места в биографии юного экстремиста и протащить в АКЗС сиё творение. В качестве доказательства, можно взглянуть на фото выше, где плечом к плечу с т.Матасовым, стоит человек находящийся во всесоюзном розыске как активный член «Артподготовки» и экстремист Сергей Горр.👇

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. The S&P 500 fell 1.3% to 4,204.36, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.7% to 32,943.33. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019. The Nasdaq Composite tumbled 2.2% to 12,843.81.
