Если брать за пример типовую двухкомнатную квартиру с тремя проживающими при нормативном потреблении ими услуг, то платеж повысится в этом году на 21 рубль (0,5 базовой величины).
Повышение будет двухэтапным: 🏠С 1 января – на все услуги, за исключением отопления и горячего водоснабжения, на 17,05 рубля; 🏠с 1 июня – на тепловую энергию на цели отопления и горячего водоснабжения на 3,95.
Уточняется, что предоставление безналичных жилищных субсидий для определенных групп населения будет продолжено.
