Согласно данным опроса Luminor Bank, в атвии 24% жителей планируют купить новое жилье в ближайшие три года.
Чаще всего планируют купить новое жилье молодые люди в возрасте от 18 до 39 лет, проживающие в Риге, и жители с более крупными домохозяйствами, то есть не менее трех и более человек, а также люди с более высоким личным или семейным ежемесячным доходом.
Что касается локации, в которой люди хотели бы приобретать новое жилье, то это Рига. Так заявили 30% опрошенных.
Второе по популярности место для покупки нового дома - Пьерига (21%).

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
