Операторов связи, которые пытались «ускорить YouTube» в России, предостерегли от обхода ограничений
Главный радиоотчетный центр поручил российским операторам связи исключить использование технологий «искажения, фрагментации и подмены интернет-трафика». Речь идет об «ускорении» YouTube, работу которого власти замедлили на территории России.
Как утверждает сотрудник компании «Транстелеком», поручение пришло после сообщений в СМИ о том, что некоторые российские операторы связи начали «ускорять YouTube», перенаправляя трафик с российского сервера Google на европейский.
Власти просят операторов связи, получивших поручение о запрете «ускорения» видеохостинга, отчитаться о принятых мерах до 2 сентября.

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
