По состоянию на утро 16 марта, специалисты еще не нашли место порыва, поэтому приступить к вскрытию грунта и начать ремонтные работы невозможно. Отопление и горячую воду вернули в дома, чтобы телесистема не перемерзла. Прокуратура Биробиджана начала проверку по факту коммунальной аварии. Устранение причин и условий взято на личный контроль прокурора области.
