Чуть отъехать от Мытищ в сторону области, а там уже зима! Деревья стоят в инее, небольшие водоёмы покрылись тонкой коркой льда. В одном прудике в полынье у самого берега чего-то ждёт одинокая утка, местные сказали, что остальные ее товарки перелетели на реку, а эта осталась. Небо голубое, всё вокруг белое, светло, лучше, чем мрачная хмарь и слякоть.

Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
