За посредничество и якобы подкуп правоохранителей подозреваемые требовали и получили €32 тыс., утверждают в НЦБК.
Утром 28 ноября в доме бывшего начальника речного порта провели обыск. Мужчину задержали на 72 часа. Расследование продолжается.
