Это предварительный прогноз, о котором рассказал начальник Ямало-Ненецкого центра по гидрометеорологии и мониторингу окружающей среды Артем Кошкин. На большинстве водных артерий толщина льда ниже нормы, хотя есть и исключения - на реке Обь в районе Салехарда лед на 10-15% толще обычного.
Ледоход на реках ожидается чуть раньше срока, примерно на 2-5 дней. Уровень воды прогнозируется меньше обычных параметров.
