Но даже в случае разоблачения автоподставщиков судят по обычной «мошеннической» статье, хотя их действия сопряжены с вымогательством, угрозами, умышленным нарушением ПДД и повреждением авто потерпевших.
Считаем, необходимо выделить автоподставы в самостоятельный вид преступления с наказанием в виде лишения свободы на срок до 4 лет.
Соответствующий законопроект разработан и подготовлен к внесению в Госдуму.
