В Бурятии выпустили первый гастрономический путеводитель

"Гастрономический путеводитель "Бурятия" знакомит читателей с азами духовной, материальной культуры, традиционной кухней бурят, а также многонационального народа солнечной республики у Байкала", - сообщается в аннотации к изданию.

В путеводителе представлена гастрономия всех районов, в том числе Джидинского, где достойное место занимает главный бренд Бурятии - боргойская баранина, а также одноимённый фестиваль (см. фото).

Главный редактор издания - Дарима Михайлова, автор множества туристских путеводителей по республике, в том числе путеводителя "Байкал" издательства "Вокруг света".

Проект реализован туристским информационным центром "Байкал" при поддержке Министерства туризма Бурятии. Тираж издания - 1440 экземпляров.
