Согласно новым поправкам в пункт 2.7 ПДД, при движении автомобиля руки водителя должны быть полностью свободны, поэтому в скором будущем камеры начнут фиксировать объекты и предметы в руках граждан за рулем. На сегодняшний день водителям запрещено пользоваться телефоном за рулем.
По словам вице-президента Национального автомобильного союза Яна Хайцеэра, нарушением будут считаться все предметы в руках, которые камеры расценит как помеху вождению автомобиля.
