Сегодня в Нюрбинском музее прошел кинопоказ с тифлокомментированием.

"Снайпер Саха" художественный фильм режиссера Никиты Аржакова о якутском снайпере Семене Ардахове, сохранившем жизнь мальчику-гитлерюгенду. Сценарий к фильму написал известный драматург Айсен Дойду. Главный герой Ардахов стал собирательным образом всех якутских снайперов - участников Великой Отечественной войны 1941-1945 гг.

Показ фильма прошел в сотрудничестве Якутской Республиканской специальной библиотекой для незрячих и слабовидящих им. И.Н. Егорова-Горного @rbs_yakutia

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels.
