Как Вам спится?

Больше всего у мамочек страдает сон (а потом, как следствие, нервная система и всё остальное)

У меня сон, кажется, наладился. Или я так устаю, что спать готова всегда и везде 😁

Правда в декабре появился новый "прикол" - будить себя после засыпания, чтобы... подготовить Еве адвент к утру.
Если засыпаю с дочкой, приходится вставать, ибо с утра я вряд ли проснулась раньше Евы 🤪

У меня еще такой классный дневник по сну появился от @alpinaru - целая книга сна: тут основа здорового сна, стартовый пакет (советы, как придерживаться правил и спать хорошо), про ритуалы и, конечно же, сам дневник сна.
"6 минут. Дневник сна" - очередное творение Доминика Спенста.
Короче, плохо спать теперь как преступление))

И, собственно, вопрос в начале поста: как Вам спится, как засыпаете?

The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation."
