В прошлые разы фокусы с искусственным яйцекризисом и прочие нападки на Минсельхоз предшествовали перетряске Совбеза и выводу оттуда старшего Патрушева. А позже выпадению из ~~гнезда~~ кресла Сергея Шойгу. Владимир Путин, по общему квалифицированному мнению - мастер противовесов и "равноудаления". Никто из его ближайших соратников не может получить "слишком много" власти, влияния. И если на Патрушевых наезжают здесь, значит, они получили преференции где-то еще.
