В Краснодарском крае очередное ЧП: на днях вечером в дежурную часть поступило сообщение, что улице Школьной в хуторе Садовом Отрадненского района водитель автомобиля Datsun нарушает правила. На место прибыл наряд ДПС. Нарушителя обнаружили, им оказался 30-летний пьяный мужчина. Водителю предложили пройти медосвидетельствование, но он нецензурно высказался (на первом видео) в адрес сотрудников полиции, оскорбил их, после чего нанес несколько ударов одному полицейскому.

В ближайшее время подозреваемому будут предъявлены обвинения сразу по двум статьям: оскорбление представителя власти и применение насилия к сотруднику полиции. Следствие намерено ходатайствовать перед судом о заключении фигуранта под стражу. Дело на контроле у краевого СК.
