Замоскворецкий суд Москвы отказал в иске Омскому гражданскому объединению, сообщил наш представитель, участвовавший в судебном заседании.
При этом Минюст, который внес ОГО! в реестр иностранных агентств, так и не смог предоставить суду реальные доказательства финансирования ОГО! иностранными организациями. Так, по мнению суда и Минюста, доказательством иностранного влияния является то, что основателей ОГО! привлекали к административной ответственности за пикеты и акции.
«Мы будем обжаловать это решение, так как считаем его незаконным и несправедливым», — отметил сооснователь ОГО! Николай Родькин.
