❗️УФСБ России по Херсонской области пресечена противоправная деятельность гражданина РФ, 1993 г.р., жителя Херсонской области, причастного к предоставлению сведений спецслужбам Украины.
Проведенными оперативно-разыскными мероприятиями установлено, что подозреваемый в декабре 2023 года с помощью иностранного интернет-мессенджера «Telegram» осуществил передачу представителям ГУР МО Украины сведений о дислокации военнослужащих воинской части ВС РФ на территории Херсонской области.
В отношении фигуранта следственным отделом Управления возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ст. 275 УК России «Государственная измена». Обвиняемому избрана мера пресечения в виде заключения под стражу. Санкция данной статьи предусматривает наказание до 20 лет лишения свободы.
В настоящее время проводится комплекс оперативно-разыскных мероприятий и следственных действий, направленных на установление всех обстоятельств противоправной деятельности фигуранта, а также выявление его преступных связей.
