При чем тут Хинштейн? Грант на игру Cyberia Limited получила от Института развития интернета Алексея Гореславского. И Хинштейн, узнав об этом, предложил главе Росгвардии Золотову тоже сделать свою игру, но про росгвардейцев - и тоже на грант от ИРИ. И опыт нам подсказывает, что схему по "разработке игры" Хинштейн хочет точно такую же, как у Cyberia Limited.

To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried.
