«Он должен был выйти сегодня, но ему дали дополнительные сутки и признали его злостником — злостным нарушителем, хотя так нельзя делать», — рассказал заключенный, который освободился из урюпинского лечебно-исправительного учреждения № 23.
По его словам, администрация планирует добиться перевода Нагавкина из колонии-поселения в колонию общего режима. Правозащитник продолжает голодовку.
