Минобороны сообщило об обмене пленными — 5 февраля из украинского плена освободили 150 россиян, столько же человек передали ВСУ.
Уполномоченный по правам человека в Пермском крае Игорь Сапко сообщил, что среди освобожденных есть контрактник из Гремячинска.
— Связался по телефону с мамой, что направляла своё обращение в мой адрес в начале декабря прошлого года, донёс ей добрую весточку, — написал краевой омбудсмен на своей страничке во «ВКонтакте». — Сообщать такие новости — это всегда радость, но с болью в сердце думаю о тех, кто живет надеждой и ждет родных домой, чья фамилия пока не попала в этот список.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
