Суд принял к производству административный иск владельца издания, зарегистрированного в Нидерландах, к Министерству юстиции РФ, заявил руководитель «Агоры» Павел Чиков.
По его словам, интересы фонда будет представлять адвокат «Апологии протеста» Мария Зырянова, защищавшая в том числе петербургских активистов, устраивавших пикеты в поддержку Навального.
