1. Для массы творог растереть с яйцами и сахаром. 2. Манку залить молоком, перемешать и оставить на 20 минут. 3. Бананы размять, добавить в творожную массу, перемешать. 4. Добавить манку с молоком, перемешать. 5. Форму смазать сливочным маслом или застелить пергаментом, выложить творожную массу. 6. Поставить в духовку и выпекать при 180° С 50 минут. 7. Для заливки растопить шоколад с маслом, влить молоко. Перемешать. Полить готовую запеканку.
