Возбуждено уголовное дело. По данным следствия, Цапиков заключал фиктивные договора на оказание услуг, полученные деньги (более 500 тыс. рублей) по которым он присвоил себе.

For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content.
