Паблик вымышленного города ни коим образом не отражает реальную суть госпабликов. Однако само наличие подобного контента говорит о том, что госпаблики уже плотно зашли в общественное сознание.

Ну и это просто смешно. Кстати, неплохой уровень вовлеченности.

Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
