2 ужесточение кредитной политики ЦБ, банки уже ограничивают выдачу кредитов, а для многих граждан использование кредитных средств является важным инструментом поддержания привычного уровня жизни;
3 нестабильность международной обстановки тоже является источником негативных эмоций. Здесь среди факторов можно выделить обострение конфликта на Ближнем Востоке и непредсказуемый исход президентских выборов в США, который в любом случае окажет влияние на положение дел во всем мире.
