Х5 уже открыла первый сельский магазин на базе сети потребительской кооперации «КООП», которых по всей стране насчитывается порядка 25 тысяч. На их базе Х5 будет развивать свою франшизную сеть «ОКОЛО», предоставив со своей стороны инвестиции в обновление торгового оборудования. И благодаря этому фактически получит возможность захватить гигантский сегмент сельской торговли.

Красивая схема: Х5 не надо вкладываться в дорогой концептуальный ремонт (как если бы, например, открывались классические «Пятёрочки»). А в данном случае только расставить торговое оборудование, подкрасить стены и всё.
