И значительная часть стоимости квартиры приходится здесь на коммерческую ипотеку (т.к. лимит по льготному кредиту для Москвы был ограничен 12 млн, а сейчас и вовсе 6 млн руб.).

The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks.
