С новыми изменениями также отменяется налоговый вычет по НДПИ для газоконденсата, используемого в переработке с получением широкой фракции легких углеводородов (ШФЛУ) на период с 2025 по 2029 г.
Принятие закона предполагает обнуление налога с 2028 г. до достижения накопленного объема в 130 млрд кубометров газа и 15 млн т конденсата по всем участкам недр, но не позднее 31 декабря 2037 г.

In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
