Пара соображений по проекту: 1. Локация - Огородный - формируется, но навес метров будет большой. Если и брать - то у ребят, которые раньше всех стартанут в локейшене. Скорее всего, это будет СМУ-6. Так как Эталон обычно не спешит, а у MR стадия проекта была изначально низкая. 2. Архитектура - узнается стиль бюро KAMEN (посмотрите на ТПУ Ростокино, например). Ну вы сами знаете, к сожалению, - клиентам на архитектуру либо похуй, либо они хотят неоклассическое говно. Но, тут опять какие-то выгрызы на фасаде подъехали. Это мы уже видали у ЦЛП в Onest. Новый тренд? 3. Интересно откуда у СМУ-6 столько бабок на проект, а то раньше они только мелкими проектами промышляли (Корнейчука или, господи прости, "Любвь и голуби")

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization.
