Все бы ничего, но после нулевой лихорадки в 2022 году ипотека привлекла ещё более "бедных" людей, которые сейчас находятся в зоне риска. И если они еще не успели обосраться с просрочкой по платежам, то у них это точно в планах.
Вопрос только перевалит ли она за 2-3% от общего объема? Ведь позитивное снижение с декабря 2017 года, которое показано на графике зеленой линией связано не с ростом добросовестных граждан, а ростом самого объема ипотеки в стране, которая и снижала долю просрочек.
