Охуеваем, но поддержали тренд роста цен на офисники и в Стоун - наблюдаем традиционные +1% в Стоун Тауэрс. В Хаттон тоже решили не скромничать и к их и так охуевшим ценам в Lunar накинули +2% на ряд лотов. Но максималочка в обоих проектах осталась на уровне 445 тыс. и 510 тыс. за метр.
Ранее писали, что дисконтов на офисники нет, а почему так происходит писали здесь, но даже мы не ожидали, что опытные коршуны начнут поднимать прайс. Хочется сказать, ну что, кто следующий? #третийадмин берет попкорн и наблюдает за продажами.
