Этот ЗУ находится прямо на трешке и там сейчас расположено здание бывшего конструкторского бюро Московского вертолётного завода им. Миля. Такой образец захудалого советского модернизма.

После того как цены сделали 2 оборота за последние 2 года. Теперь все что смотрит на трешку становится сразу "типа премиум-класс", когда пару лет назад бы это назвали бизнесом.

Особенно весело "жирный" проект Kleinewelt смотрится рядом с 2 домиками по реновации. Вообще на Сокольническом валу какой-то замес всего - под боком ПИКовские башни и какое-то странное произведение от АМ Кашириных.
