Если у Капиталистов вишенка на торте - Бадаевский от Herzog & de Meuron. То у MR этой вишенкой будет явно Никольская от Heatherwick Studio. Визуализации проекта - жирный жир. Но и прайс под них будет больше 1 мульта точно. Скорее всего MR даже не особо заработает…

Появились визуализации двора нового, самого жирного проекта города - MR на Никольский. Жирный жир, ничего не скажешь.

Хоть кто-то может составить конкуренцию Бадаевскому.

Жалко, что рынок роскошной Москвы в жопе, и даже в Бадаевском продали меньше 2 тыс. кв. м за год с копеечной ценой - 1 млн. руб./кв. м.

Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change.
