Эталон все-таки решил выкатить проект на ЗУ "Большая Черкизовская, 4". Во-первых бывшую АТС (которая сейчас общага) затянули фальш-фасадом. Во-вторых получили ГПЗУ на жилой дом 7,2 тыс. кв. м. с высотой всего 55 метров.

Вообще после активной вырубки АТС имени Лидер-Инвест в конце 2010-ых в городе осталось довольно много этих строений, переоборудованных под общаги. Интересно, когда и кто вспомнит про возможность создания точечных проектов на их месте. Наблюдаем.
