Даже мастер-девелоперу - MR приходится протаскивать площадки через КРТ. Запихнули в КРТ 2 ЗУ - "Каширский, 23" и "Каширский, 17, 21" (1) - получился КРТ "Каширский проезд, Котляковский проезд". Согласовали аж 414 тыс. кв. м. жилья и 276 тыс. кв. м. общественной застройки.

От промзоны "Коломенское" скоро ничего не останется. Первая ласточка была там - Лайф Варшавская, которая до двух оборотов цен с трудом по 150 тыс. руб./кв. м. продавала. Сейчас же это офигенный район типа бизнес-класса. Также готовится проекты: "Котляковская, 4", "Котляковская, 6" (2) от МР и колоссальная застройка от ПИК ЗУ "Котляковская 7; 1-й Котляковский 6; 2-й Котляковский, 5" (3). Есть вероятность, что MR также будет запихивать проект в КРТ, а ПИК сливать куски своего большего проекта регионалам или мелким девелоперам.
