Домарф выкинут на аукцион ЗУ "3-я Мытищинская, 16 стр 51, 52, 60, 61" - 4,2 га. Сейчас там расположен НПП "Квант". Доживает свои деньки. Место для жилья неплохое - пешком до Алексеевской, через ЖК парк "Сокольники".

Если кто-то возьмет этот ЗУ и начнет строить - то это хорошенечко закроет виды в сторону центра проекту "Серебряный фонтан". А вот возьмет или не возьмет - мы узнаем во втором квартале 2024.
