На ЗУ "Часовая, 6/3" сделали вот такую посадку с переменной этажностью. Как-то обошлись без доминант, но 5 этажный "стилобат", добрый вечер! Максимальная этажность этого проекта "во дворе" получилась только с отметкой - 16 этажей.

Напомним, что ПЗЗ на этот участок начали менять еще весной 2023 года. Именно тогда эта площадка "утекла" в портфель Бэсткона.

Сам ЗУ из активов Настюши. Ранее там был расположен Хлебозавод №18. По городу постепенно все эти хлебозаводы и вырубают. Вырубают АТС, хлебозаводы, гаражи, 2 этажную старую коммерцию.
