Более актуальные рендеры на ЗУ "Дубнинская, 83" выглядят вот так. СиТ говорит, что стройку начнут в 2024, а авторы концепции - APEX. Тут и по картинкам понятно. Такое ощущение, что в Апексе придумали 15-20 проходных паттернов фасада и пытаются их везде натянуть. И все довольны - вроде как общий облик города формируется, вроде как региональные девелоперы могут получить необходимые согласования как по канбану - точно в срок.

Посмотрим как успешно такие фасады будет продавать и главное реализовывать Плюс девелопмент.
