Объявлен архитектурный конкурс на новую концепцию для Московского цирка на ЗУ "Вернадского, 7".

Многие написали, что будет ТЦ с функцией цирка, но что-то, как-то ТЦ в документации ТЗ не прописано. Только цирк на 5 тыс. зрителей или 80 тыс. кв. м.

Не знаю, что за моды взяло МКА, но теперь архитектурные конкурсы проходят через приказы с публикацией, что вот смотрите, архитектурный конкурс, ТЗ такое, делаем то. Возможно, эту магию архитектурных конкурсов решили немного освежить, обелить, опубличить.
